Isaac Kadetsky (1851-1891) and Charles Saul Kadetsky; A case of multiple aliases?

I have a hypothesis to explain the 2 Charles Saul Kadetskys in the same family belonging headed by Dora Kadetsky nee Frye. Isaac Kadetsky was married to Dora Frye. Dora's youngest Kadetsky son, Charles Saul Kadetsky was born October 1891, 3 months after his father Isaac had died. Later records from this family record the father's name as Charles Saul Kadetsky as opposed to Isaac Kadetsky. In fact the records belonging to the son Charles Saul Kadetsky (b. 1891) indicate that his father was also named Charles Saul Kadetsky. It would make sense for him to have been named after his deceased father. So my hypothesis is that the first Charles Saul Kadetsky is also known as Isaac Kadetsky and that his youngest son who was born after he died was named after him with the name Charles Saul Kadetsky.
Dora Frye had the following Kadetsky children; Samuel, Edward, Jacob, Abraham, Benjamin and Soll Charles. On the 1880 US Census she was living in NY with husband Isac Kadezky and son Samuel. At some point they moved to Boston. By the 1900 Census she had remarried to David Gans living in Boston. Isac Kadetsky’s death certificate indicates that he died July 1891.
Edward, Abraham and Charles all list their father as Saul C. on the marriage registries as found on familysearch.org. Samuel and Benjamin list their father as Charles S. On Jacob Kadetsky's 1907 marriage registration he lists his father as Isaac Kadetsky. All the marriage certificates list Dora Frye as the mother.
Abraham and Benjamin’s birth records list their parents as Isaac and Dora Kadetsky.
In 1897, Dora remarried after Isaac death to David Gans. On that marriage registry she lists her parents as Isaac and Bessie Frye. So Dora Isaacs is a patronymic form her last name.
Abraham Kadetsky's birth record (Boston, 2/28/1885) on familysearch.com lists his parents as Isaac and Dora Kadetsky. So here we have Abraham's birth record listing his dad as Isaac and his marriage record in 1917 listing his father as Saul C.
The 1900 US Census shows Dora remarried to David Gans, with the following Kadetsky children which all match the info for the children that Dora had with Isaac: Samuel, Edward, Jacob, Abraham, Benjamin and Soll C.
Assuming this is all the same family, which seems very likely, earlier records have Isaac Kadetsky documented as the father while later records, specifically the marriages of the sons starting 15 years after Isaac’s death lists their father as Charles Saul or Saul Charles, which is a more Americanized name than Isaac. Could Isaac Kadetsky and Charles Saul be the same person? I think they are. Finally it is evident that Charles Saul b.1891 was likely named after his deceased father and therefore he and his father shared the same name.
